When was the last time you had fun? I mean really let go of everything and enjoy what you were doing in the moment, as it was happening? I remembered fun recently after a long period of what I would describe as a form of depression. For the best part of the last 18-24 months I have struggled with low moods, sadness, depression, anxiety and many other negative emotions which seem to hitchhike when you’re feeling low.
